That's nothing. It just took slightly over four hours for my current Sim to make Eggs and Bacon. Not only was she talking to her sister (the only other person there) SHE WAS TALKING TO THE FUCKING PLANTS THROUGH DOUBLE PANE GLASS AND A BRICK WALL. Put a planter box outside your kitchen across from your stove. This game is unplayable unless you edit it to look nice on KZbin. No matter how they spin it - this game (and hopefully Rene) are dead. Let me tell you the story how I spent New Year's with my wife at Rattlesnake Juice. He couldn't get from the end of the bar to the fucking washroom before he pissed his pants. TWO HOURS. I gave up trying to cancel all these random group conversations and let him piss himself. Sashoobie. I want my $1,000 back.

You could use the same mod you used for the divorce to do the custody and the kids would actually join the household for the duration of the visit

@@Unfiltred_honey under the separation tab for the relationship and family mood it has an option to decide on custody for the kids. And after it is decided you can go back and there will be an option to “send child for a visit” and you select the duration and it removes the child form the home of the custodial parent and adds them to the visiting parents household and will automatically add them back once the visit is over

I have a similar situation for one of my game saves lol- I knew 3 kids (one teen, two toddler twins) was going to be a lot for me to control so I only made the mom live in the house, and the dad lives in a penthouse over in San Myshuno. all because there was no way I was going to handle 5 sims 🥹 but the mom and dad are very much married, plus he visits their house in Windenburg a lot. especially with the growing together pack, he stays over for a couple days to stay with the kids and mom. I just like to think he works in another country and provides for his family haha
