IDK if this already is a thing or youve already done it but ive been thinking about doing something im calling a "rainbow run" where you can only have one of each rarity of item equiped. Feel like it would be fun as you would have to decide on what items are going to be the higher rarity.

When you said "trash loot" it made me think of a different challenge I've been wanting to do for a while. Can you beat BL3 with only literal trash. No loot from enemy drops, no chests, just what you find in trash cans, garbage piles, ratch eggs, etc.

I will say imposing a no legendaries rule for just the main story is how I play most BL3 runs now, it saves you from getting 1 legendary that one shots everything for 20 levels and makes the run more fun imo

Nice video! I love the longer ones Also, if you change your sticky torgue weapon to a high crit one, the sticky pellets will explode with the bonus critical damage from the weapon you're holding So a good example would be using a torgue shotgun and then change to a unforgiven

I understand maybe views drop off on later episodes of these different playthroughs but I feel that’s true for any play through for any KZbinr. The pacing of this video just feels way too fast compared to the more slower, chilled out viewing experience of the different days. If you really wanted to speed the play through up then maybe 2 days together in one episode would work but even then watching the slower progression throughout each day is more preferable to me at least. Love to know if I’m in the minority or not here as I love your BL3 playthroughs with different allegiances and challenges

to be fair, the loot quality getting better as you progress through the story is what the community argued for for Gearbox to patch in. it doesnt make sense to get trash loot quality when you keep upping the difficulty in normal playthroughs.

I’m glad you’re back on BL3. Made me revisit after all this time and finally play all the DLC I missed. Melee Amara with blade fury is so fun! I’d say PET only flak challenge. Base melee or grenade when pet goes down.so it’s not a ton of waiting.

I learned from Katagawa Jrs fight is that the skull icon thats overlapping the other skull icons on the mini map is the real one, so just follow whichever skull was hovering over the others and it should work

I played a run with Zane that I called " Call of Zane" where I didn't use any action skills or guardian ranks and my gear was locked. At first it was pandora- White, promethea- green , promethea 2- blue, Eden 6- purple, Nekrotafeyo- legendary. But by that point I felt like beating tyrene should have given me legendary gear and it was a challenge.

I want to see what a "Day 1" playthrough would look like. Basically going into the game blind, not knowing anything about drops, and using whatever gear you get from drops and missions. A run where you use a random character, and don't optimize your loadout by farming specific things to be the best possible version it can be. No skips. No shortcuts. No manipulation. No mods. No glitches/bugs. Just a very basic and standard play through with your personality.

12:15 Me personally, either you make Troy the final boss after he full on backstab Tyreen, or keep the backstab angle, but Tyreen's Ego still lingered in her Siren powers that Troy stole. When Troy merged with the destroyer, Tyreen's Ego manages to take over and the introductory card reads, Tyreen God Queen The Second Coming or just Tyreen The Second Coming. The way it is now, Troy's build up just feels wasted

Honestly i really like playing with non-unique items especially in bl3 because of how gun generation works. Sometimes i just prefer a standart green to purple dahl rifle or a random white jakobs shotgun that still oneshots. Legendaries are cool, but have you ever found a matching grip hyperion synergy in early game?

Okay after watching the video, I understand what you're going for but I gotta say I prefer the longer format. It felt like we were jumping around a lot and I really felt the gaps, especially in the earlier parts of the video. I think maybe it would work better if the video were also longer. For example gasmask makes entire playthroughs into single videos but they are much, much longer so we really get to experience the run.

Maybe also the Shoddy from the Bounty of Blood DLC. :P Thinking of the Shoddy... Amara has a skill that increases projectile speed. Does that affect the Shoddy? I don't expect it to be secretly a god tier weapon because it's meant to be a joke item just like the Echo-2.
