Due to the way Armor works and the fact Smasher has the highest Armor in the game, LMGs and Shotguns are actually the worst choice to fight him. The damage-per-bullet is low enough that his crazy armor is actually doing it's job against you this time. This is how tanky he is SUPPOSED to be.

there's a perk called bolt, another one that allows bolt to ignore enemy armor, the way it works is that if you shoot a tech weapon just before full charge it'll ignore enemy armor, using the tech shotgun, it's one beast of a build, makes the 3 shot tech pistol also quite strong since you don't have to charge it much, also works on the pistol Comrade's Hammer that has some insane base damage

so THATS why the game seems so much harder when i play lmao. i exclusively use shotguns and LMGs in my playthroughs with no sandevistan so enemies seem much more difficult than if you were to just stop time and slice them up with a katana.

Love this! My last playthrough I went the LMG/Shotgun route. I waited until lvl 50 to pick up the 'special' LMG and slapped a 'Countermass' mod on it to. No vertical OR horizontal recoil. Frikken laser machinegun!

I do hope the next game has real cyberpunk customization. The ability to go to a ripperdoc and get your skin pigmented to unnatural colors, or even made metallic. The ability to change your hair to RGB threads that can be changed to different colors at any time. Different body shaping. So on.

I hope in the next game, their customization is a little better, not just at the character screen but in game, too. People got all these cool cyberware that we can't even get. Like the arms you see and things like that. Hope they learn these lessons for the next game. Especially being able to make different body types. The only problem I had with this run was all of the jumping. Someone that fat wouldn't be capable of jumping even once, let alone jumping constantly throughout the run. Other than that, it was very interesting, and I had no idea you could start all foods that way.

What a fun run! Got a challenge suggestion for you. Can you beat Cyberpunk as a Cyberpsycho? Using the Wannabe Edgerunner mod, start the game with a bunch of cyberware to drop your humanity score to cyberpsycho levels. This will buff your health regeneration, armor, and speed, but you'll constantly have the cops on you outside of missions. Your goal will be to beat the game using only cyberware, while experiencing the cyberpsychosis effect.

Even finding the quest to start it is very hidden if you don’t have a guide

Funny to see someone playing at my speed lol. I had to go grab a mod from the nexus after just 30mins of playing to fix the damn walk/jog stuttering. The issue is that while you can toggle walking on PC, vanilla game keeps toggling back to jogging. When you get close to the door at Toms diner. Walking into V's apartment. Walking from your shower over to your damn stash even XD. Once I installed the mod, I can walk properly. All I wanted to do was be able to walk thru the city lmao.

I got a save on 1.02 and I've duped HMGs in my stash and when you equip 2+ the 1st one gets required like usual and the next one goes into you backpack and you could equip it like an actual gun
