Other expansions could be played vanilla ;-) About mods - try those ones: * Unification mod - adds tier 4 (mostly Titans) for every race and adds 27 additional races! * Ultimate Apocalypse - adds a few new races but also adds Tier 4 and 5 (weapons of mass destruction) for every race! * Tartarus and Lorn V Campaign mod - let's you play Original and Winter Assault Campaigns in Soulstorm! With new balance and new units from Soulstorm! All those mods are for Soulstorm. There are almost no reason to use DC mods to be honest. And use DoW Mod Manager to download mods and tweak game settings ;-)

Small tip: game doesn't care WHAT type of units are in the IG buildings ;-) HQ with 3 IG squads = HQ with 3 builders xD Same thrick works with Raiders + slaves in Soulstorm when you play as Dark Eldar.

Regimental Guard units are bugged and get a huge health bonus from the morale technologies in Tactica Command. A single squad can get like 50 000 HP (although that might've been with a Priest attached). A single squad can reinforce faster than most enemies can kill them.

Kinda wild that you were clicking reinforce rather than just press the R key. Less reliable is right clicking the reinforce button, as it will automatically add new models to the unit until it hits the cap.

Yes, you can click right mouse button, to add reinforce automatically. But they stop spawn automatically when the squad reach their limit and you need once more use right button. Thats why Im prefer to add squad members manually. I also used the R key sometimes.

Yeah, there is that odd "Unit stops responding to orders glitch". From last tine i played the DoW trylogy i saw it happen once in every campaign. If a squad meets, say a mauntain, in middle of their path and at least 1 idiot goes left while 12 go right... Squad gets frozen untill either part of the squad dies or somehow reconnects to eachother. F-ing anoying if you play Orc or IGs as it might happen more often.

Small bit of advice. If units get stuck and there is no way to remove them, use the delete key. This instant kills the entire squad, and frees up space for you to build more. Same goes for buildings no longer needed.
