I think this run shouldn't be counted, he did use the uchigatana at the start. He also used armor, flasks, kukris, etc. This whole run was just a stain on the whole speedrunning community tbh. Had he truly used ONLY the bloodhound's fang it would have been legendary, as it is one of the most complicated weapons in the game.

The bloodhounds fang is easily on of the best weapons of the game that you can get at the start. All you have to do is go down to the evergaol at the bottom of Limgrave and you'll see it. Then kill the boss and the weapon is yours.​@@wuhuee
