I've thought about this one. The counterintuitive thing is, you actually have to keep a few people alive in order for it to work out with as many dead in the end as possible. It goes something like this ME1 1. Kill the rachni queen 2. Keep Wrex alive 3. Anyone else, you can let die ME2 1. Keep the genophage cure data 2. After the collectors take your crew, waste as much time as possible so most of them die before the suicide mission. Send nobody to escord Dr Chakwas and anyone else left back to the ship, ensuring that they die. 3. Skimp on upgrades, make bad choices, and let the bulk of your team die. Only save Mordin and one other crew member: Legion, Morinth, Samara, Tali, or Thane. Saving 2 will prevent you from getting a game-over, but both will die in Mass Effect 3 anyways. ME3 1. Prevent Mordin from curing the genophage. Kill him. Wrex will try to kill you afterwards, giving you another chance to kill him. 2. Kill Ashley/Kaiden 3. If Samara is still alive, do her mission, let her kill herself, then kill her daughter 4. Side with the Geth against the Quarians. If Tali is still alive, she will kill herself 5. Let the false Rachni queen work with you. She will kill humans working on the crucible and lower your war score. 6. Bring James and Liara for the last part of Priority: Earth. Assuming your war score is low enough, they will both die. 7. Choose the red option. All synthetics will die, including EDI and the Geth. Total damage: All (base game) squadmates are dead! The Quarians are dead! The Geth are dead! The Reapers are dead! The Rachni are dead! The Krogan still suffer from the genophage The mass relays are destroyed along with most complex technology, sending all survivors back an age in development

Can You Beat Fallout 4 With Only Synth Grenades? From what I remember the Synth Grenades spawn a bare minimum level Synth to aid you in combat, but even on the lowest difficulty they are basically cannon fodder. Mabey not as rough as flare gun only but it would be interesting to see. I only remember this from the very beginning of the game's release though, before any of the DLCs came out. For all I know they may be better than before.
