Can you beat Fallout 4 as Caesar Use the Red Sports Jacket and a Power Fist Destroy the Institute and Brotherhood (side with the Railroad or Minutemen) The key part of the run is to finish Nuka World and conquer the Commonwealth with the Raiders (rp that they're your new Legion) Additional rules: Don't use drugs or beer, don't use power armour, be as arrogant as possible, maybe even have a crippled head for most of the run

Crazy fact that I remember about the game; if you talk to Mama Murphy before tracking down the Courser, give her some drugs, and she'll give you a code to shut down the courser before you have to fire a single shot of any given weapon, or fight it. It sounds stupid, but I've done it on practically every playthrough when I found out about it

Fun Fact: If you do The Lost Patrol quest for the BoS and get Paladin Brandis to rejoin the faction, and then side with the RR in the endgame, Brandis will be leading the strike team you fight through in the church and you will have to kill him Also if you have the Automatron DLC you can clear out the Fort Hagen Satellite Array. Doing so will pit you against the Rust Devil raider boss named Ivey who is rocking some legendary T-60 Tesla PA. The Tesla prefix is from the legendary effect and is comprised of the T-60 torso and both arms. Each piece boosts energy dmg by 5% (so 15% collectively) when wearing the PA pieces. Not that the Cryolator needs the help lmao

The answer is Yes; but you better have 15 charisma and a water farm to afford the ammo. (Fifteen Charisma is what you need to make the base price of an item what is actually shown, and max profits for what you sell) * Water farm would take a while to get up and running, but once you do if you go for about 300-600 water in any given farmable area (Sanctuary or Red Rocket work well for this) you're set for caps. As long as you don't mind a lot of hopping back and forth to get more water. Strong back maxed will also help, as will lone wanderer, to make sure you can carry all the water. Or if you can't, you can still fast travel.

Ok so do not take more than 4 charisma because you do not need any perk from that tree other than whatever the barter perk is called and lone wanderer. Get some Grape mentats which only need 1 mentat, 1 whiskey, and 2 hubflower. Combine and turn purified water into cryo cells. Simple as that. Btw you will need purified water farm. If playing survival you need to have local leader so you can transport your purified water between settlements and your house and diamond city. You will be able to acquire this perk at charisma 4 by putting you’re special into charisma and getting charisma bobblehead from parsons state insane asylum.

I remember trying the Cryolator out on a recent playthrough with maxed out Heavy Gunner and Demolitions Expert and it basically reduced everything to bloody pulp....when I actually have ammo to do so.

You absolutely can beat or clear every location with the cryolater because when you return to locations later you'll just see motionless bodies lying everywhere that can't fight back thanks to another Bethesda bug! It just works.
