Good run, but I wish there could be more interesting quest like legit joining the rangers by proving yourself worthy (killing 5 centurions or etc) given by Chief Hanlon, not just babysitting the ncr

Pretty much. A lot of the Ncr side quests are go here, talk to them, fetch this. Like most the bitter springs and camp mcarran quests are just dialogue trees.

I was actually thinking about that while editing, doing some of the dlcs. Honest hearts works too since there’s the desert ranger armor as well as the survivalists rifle to stay in theme.

I was about to say: "What? You went out of your way to mod the game just to not even touch weapon animations?" then I remembered all weapon animations essentially and rightfully so gave up on the original reload times and therefore "balance" so that would be cheating

I do actually have a few animation mods but they’re mostly for the mag fed pistols iirc, like 9mm 10mm etc.

@@dierebos Well you should take a look also at the rest of the guns, as of now all guns in new vegas minus some have at least one high quality animation set, they don't even require plugins

@@dierebos Hit and Rockbiter sets are top notch and cover a large scale of weapons so I'd start with them, then you can look for specific weapons and mix some of then together, just remember to delete or deactivate the folder of the set you want to substitute from Hit/Rock's folder For example I really like ETJ cowboy repeater set and his Ranger Sequoia set

@@andrew2044 yeah I’m kind of a sinner for new Vegas, I use vortex so it manages all that shit for me lol. I used mo2 for awhile but it literally broke on me like 2-3 times and ruined a few videos so I just scrapped it and went to vortex since i never had any issues w fo3, 4, or Skyrim running through vortex. Definitely gonna look into some more “pretty” mods for new Vegas to hopefully make the videos pop more.

Yeah that didn't make much sense considering what happened at Bitter Springs, if you are playing a more militaristic NCR run making an alliance with them is unlikely unless you plan on using them as meat shields, though I could see them allying with the Boomers. I can also see a more diplomatic NCR where you do ally with the Great Khans and you encourage them to leave the Mojave.

For starting traits I believe it’s just the “more perks” mod which adds around 120 new perks/traits, as for the rest of my mods it’s mostly just viva new Vegas setup mods with a few content mods like world of pain and weapons of the new millennia.

To be honest, the secuoiya is UNDERRATED, It does heavy damage, easy to find ammo, is fast, it's a revolver but WAYY better. The secuoiya is either from . The gun runners arsenal or some other expansion, but i had it and it's pretty good, does a lot of damage.

Charisma is rather useless due to having basically zero checks and the skills it boosts can easily be increased by just leveling up and putting points into speech
