Seeing Xiangling solo really reminded me of the good old days of genshin when we wack enemies with a stick because realizing elemental reactions were a mechanic.

I think we did realize reactions were good, but because our artifacts were mostly random things thrown together, we barely had access to our bursts. Meaning, your elemental reaction came from skills mostly. If you made a team with 1.0 characters that mainly uses skills, then I think you realize quickly how hard it is to constantly proc reactions. It's not that easy.

as someone who played physical xiangling for MUCH longer than i should have (and have since triple crowned my xiangling), the halberd being upgraded to crescent pike was a real game changer for me. i think the main reason xiangling's damage was lacking here is bc she didn't have access to those juicy 4 star weapon numbers, so her low base attack made it rlly hard for her to shine! her physical attack string was the main reason i enjoyed her tho so my experience is probably a bit different lol

This kinda reminded me of your no damage/ summons only run. I feel like the next level stupid would be alternate sprint/ movement skill damage only, ie, Mona, kirara, sayu, ayaka, etc
