I believe the K-car Cup can actually be completed without hacking, but only in the japanese version, where the old 1.3 Mini is available. No idea why it was removed for the international releases, but when GT4 Spec II releases it should be included in there.

Part of the special car limitation is because they have visible drivers that probably eat up that polygon count. Any convertible you buy always have the cover up to hide the driver.

so - regarding your issues with lift-off oversteer, try dragging the throttle a bit under braking. it helps shift the weight backwards a little bit and keeps the rear tyres pressed into the road. stops them slipping as much. It's more beneficial in mid or rear engined cars usually, but anything that lift-off oversteers will tend to benefit

I use the right analog stick for throttle and brake, so I can't use both at the same time unfortunately

@@TheGamingDefinition there's a reason i stopped using that exact same layout lol. in that case though, you can do some trickery with the ballast, brake bias and differential settings to make a car more stable under heavy braking. a more forward brake bias and a higher coast-lock / preload on the diff will make it more stable under deceleration. Ballast is... more complicated and will vary a lot by car, but as a general rule of thumb too much weight to the front OR back will cause lift off oversteer in some way or another, so try to equalise it a bit. Hopefully that can help even with the one-pedal-at-a-time restriction. Stiffening front suspension will technically also help but causes understeer in general too so be careful. Preload diff also affects on-throttle performance too but it's a little less straight forward and i dont really know how to explain it too well.

Shame the unused Mini rally car from GT3 wasn't in GT4, would have made the AWD challenge a lot easier... :P The sad thing about the modern Mini is that it's not just the Mini that got bigger, it's everything. People said the R50 generation Mini was too big when it came out, but if you park an R50 Mini next to even a small modern car it looks microscopic. I feel like this bigger, bigger, bigger dance cars have been doing since the 80s or so is completely unsustainable... Especially with the advent of massive 6000lb+ sport luxury EV pickup trucks... EDIT: Also, seriously don't understand why the Range Rover can't compete in the Sport Truck races, trucks and SUVs typically get grouped together...

Mainly because of DustinEden, a German guy who has a huge community dedicated to NFS games and other random racing games. His friend is KuruSH who, I think, still holds the record for fastest Most Wanted 2005 completion. So yeah. Be somewhere around there and do challenges so you boost your channel. Good luck.

Awesome video mate. A question though from a GT noob, is there a reason why you did not fully upgrade your TVR Cerbera? Like on 1:13:25 on the settings screen, brakes are normal etc. Not available on TVR speed 12 or?

Thank you. Some of the upgrades weren't purchasable on the Cerbera, also sometimes stock is better than upgraded for some reason
