I can't believe Ash was too lazy to level up and evolve his other Pokemon as he goes. Plus, you still have to defeat Cheren on Victory Road and the whole Elite Four all over again to go up against Alder. Most of the wins HE got gen 5 series must've been purely based on luck.

@@CoolBlueHippo it's definitely hi-dry-gone. The drei in its name is German for 3, for its 3 heads, and is pronounced dry. Deino has ein (German for 1) and zweilous has zwei (German for 2) so it counts up with the heads

Just to let you know Ash all ready had Tepig and Oshawott by the second gym. When Ash loses the first time he trains Tepig and Oshawott at the battle club. Oshawott learns aqua jet and Tepig learns flame charge. Then he has a rematch and wins the second time around

I liked Ash’s Unova team. It was just bad writing for the anime and Pikachu hogging most of the limelight in the gen that should have reset the franchise. A lot of missed opportunities.
