I did it on new game+, had all the upgrades, all weapons, all attachments and the cat ears unlocked. I think the first time I took damage was when the regeneradores started appearing. Even still had a vest from the previous playthrough and an infinite ammo Matilda did all the heavy lifting. Would not want to do it on a new game on professional though

@@ahzrukal4603 Even Regeneradors aren't tough if you're on NG+ Assisted, you don't need to actually hit the parasite to kill it, it just makes it faster. They will die after a set amount of damage regardless. I just put on the Matilda and mag dumped them to death in seconds
