So where have I been? Im gonna make this as brief as possible. In July 2024 I went in for surgery. nothing serious but recovery was slow. Around mid September I was recovered enough to begin work again but it was at a much slower pace than usual. I was almost finished work by the end of October, or so I though as life had other plans. roughly 1/3 of the footage I had recorded for that run had weird artifacting issues, with the final boss having nearly all of its footage lost. I didn't really have the time or motivation to redo that run immediately so I had to cancel it. by then I had went almost a quarter of a year without uploads ( longer if you don't count my blind Shadow of the erdtree dlc playthrough) so I just decided it would be best to get a new start in the new year once I had solved my recording issues. which brings us to now. im going to try my best to maintain the 1 video a month schedule but im still dealing with long term fatigue issues. adding onto that, im currently looking for a place to move to which could cause scheduling issues in the near future. I am deeply sorry for the long silence on the channel and I hope you can all understand the absence now

Sorry I've never seen this channel before or anything this video showed up in my feed and can I just give a moment of feedback? Please don't word the title like a question. Its 2025 now, even someone late to the party like myself who started Skyrim in 2019 has seen dozens if not hundreds of videos of people beating skyrim with the worst most underpowered items or inconceivable restrictions like Ymfah or spiffingbrit or something. My brain's first reaction when I see a title like this on a channel called 'challenge runs' is anger. I'm not saying this to be mean, though I am being a bit arrogant here, please tone that aspect down. We all know you can beat Skyrim with just a shield, you can beat Skyrim with just a fork or telekenisis. Though I'd be down to watch something insane like 'Legendary difficulty Dawnguard with only shields" or something like that, long as its not phrased as a 'can it be done' kind of thing.

@@MeagerClown while I appreciate the feedback the simple reason these are worded as a question is that, I don't know how feasible these runs are when I start. Adding on to that KZbins algorithm seems to favour pushing "can you beat" videos over any other variant of the titles. In the past I've had videos that were worded in a different way and they got literally 0 views which led to my closing this channel down and removing all the content in frustration. While I appreciate that not everyone likes the rhetorical titles, they sadly are working to draw attention (both from viewers and the algorithm ) so they are going to be sticking around. I fully understand if that makes you want to leave and not interact with the channel in the future and I do appreciate you being honest
