Wow, I didn't think this was going to be possible. But that was pretty well done. So now I would like to present a new challenge idea. PKM only. You can use knife and makarov until an LMG is acquired. Add more rules as seen fit. Could eventually end up having a full squad of machine gunners.

Good vid! A explosive tip for the brain scorcher. All the mines/chem bombs and IED's the game gives you but you never seem to have a chance to use. Slap those bad boys down as your running to the shut off switch and they will still be there when the monolith spawn in. Turns the return trip into a cake walk.

If you think about it, bullets are technically shrapnel from mini grenades, just pointed in a specific direction.

tip about figting that Edilion (or whatever his name was - i always forget how to type it) that crazy Monolith guy. Not sure if that is a bug but if you enter Monolith base from West side of the map and simply go to the theater area, where our target prays all the time - you can kill him once and he will never respawn :)

Honestly, if there's any game to beat with explosives, it's STALKER It's one of very few games that give us realistic grenades in that the frags not only can hit you meters away from an explosion, it even ricochets While it takes 5 grenades for me in a Fallout game to kill like 3 goons, a single well-placed grenade can clear out a whole group of Monolith

Basically, all grenades in Stalker are holy hand grenades, or nuka grenades lol But the AI is always pretty aware of them, sometimes hard to hit.

Does this challenge allow grenade launchers with a host weapon as long as you only use the launcher? 7:41 Equip her (or any companion) with a Galil, RPK, or anything else that hits hard per shot and has good capacity. 8:15 / 15:21 That answers my question above. That means you could have saved up and bought the Groza-1 from Nimble and it would have been within the parameters of the challenge. 9:34 "Do0m To0b" is more like it. For a g0od time, try blasting chimeras out of the air with 40-mils. It starts as a sport, then it becomes an addiction. 11:29 "Revolving tube" is an especially fitting description since those six tubes are technically barrels, not chambers. Each one is basically a GP-30 barrel. Btw, some mods have both the GP-25 and the GP-34. 16:01 "Strife, Pain, and Misery" could be the names of mods. Oh, wait.

Gammas cool, but unless you REALLY like the anomaly crafting system (efp 4.0 has a lot of the same stuff but it isnt as necessary) I think EFP is more fun. Gamma can become tedious if youve already played a lot of anomaly

No. It might load but even with settings as low as possible you will have awful frame rate and stuttering. It takes a pretty decent PC to run GAMMA with acceptable performance. You might even struggle to run original stalker with no mods at all with such a low end system.
