Bro nice, I didn't realise if you rechamber it for 9x19 you can actually beat the limansk bridge the normal way. Same with the helicopter, with 9x18 you have to stand right under it or the bullets just dont reach.

1:03:00 About the convoluted reasoning of Clear Sky to disable Strelok psi helmet instead of just... shooting him, I can only think that, given that he is an experienced and competent stalker, he was wearing artifacts protecting him from ballistic damage. I know it's not optimal to carry the narrative for the game instead of the story doing a better job, but it's something.

Indoor salutes however uncommon and rare are used to show an example of order in a chaotic moment. I don’t want to get into the phycological effect of saluting but doing so increases the morale by 10% in some cases

I've just finished the game. I don't know if its a SRP thing but the Seva suit can be upgraded by the Freedom Technician. But it costs a lot even if you're a member. I finished the game with the Seva fully upgraded.

By many times beating og stalker games, Clear Sky (vanilla with patches) is my favorite to replay. Its incredebly well balanced progression with weapon, armor, upgrades and battles. It is heavy on fighting, but fight, sell weapon, upgrade, fight more game loop is very good. And game gives you new actual fighting challenges time and time again, with clan wars and everything. and even top armor and weapon is not so op in final sequence. 100% agree it is lacking on atmosphere, plot and labs. But its the best part for fighting and looting

Only a pistol? I am gonna rush the Rhino Revolver because it goes Brrrrr and Onetaps Monolith Exos, Boars and Flesh, and Snorks. Everything else takes less than a mag outside of PsuedoGiant, Deer, and Chimera.

The worst part of this - no matter which game and mod - is the durability. Forget about going full John Woo / Max Payne when cleaning one place or doing one quest turns your peestoleros into scrapped junk. I would see myself doing this with SRP + Alternative Ballistic addon where enemies don't get GodMode when they play "pain animations". You can still fight the boars by the tower if you're fast enough to get some small reward - of course it will be spend on bandages because what else. Faction war could be great if not for cancelled task - either too early, before it starts of when you've done 99% of the job. The MG nest can be avoided - just return to the Swamps and take northeast exit that wasn't there before your department.

If you're gonna play Stalker 2, please install the shader warm up skip mod and intro skip mod for your own sanity. Without these mods I had to wait THREE MINUTES every time just for the game to load the main menu despite having quite a beefy PC. @DeadGameYT the game will still compile the shaders when needed so you don't have to worry about that. I have no idea why shader warm up is in the game, it literally did nothing for me other than waste my time. Also, sometimes resetting the shader cache in my driver software (Adrenalin but a similar setting is in the NVIDIA App too) just fixes crashes.

In my last CS playthrough I joined freedom in the war against duty, And at the entrance to agroprom I spent so much time (Easily like 5 hours) having to run between the 2 captured entrance points because duty just relentlessly sends their guys towards it. I stopped it by just rushing their main base. Also freedom does reach the left side of the map, It just takes very very very long.
