Why do u use monk if u cant use the spirit power i get that theres some good perks on monk gloves but normal weapons also have maybe even better ones i guess u got a few spirits that can be used with a rune but u got dragigator and fire stuff

- he can just get endless despair from essence - most of the fire perks require weap to be equipped, for steel flame there's no point in crits and tectonic heat can't apply burn - drag gloves give +2 bellowing so he gets 20% more burn damage, and it has kindling too

Btw I have an idea for another challenge, where you can only use basic blade and basic handle as a weapon,runes and weapon art are also allowed,for extra challenge increase the difficulty of every dungeon to 1 or even 2,it would be quite fun if you just tried coming with different armour sets combinations for the best use of it
