Nice....but the 134 freeway is only 2 blocks away so the pollution levels and the noise from constant traffic .....not so much .....

It’s for sale right now. $5.6 million. I think this used to be Penny Marshall’s house. The actress. Or her father. Garry Marshall. The present owners did some changes to it that I don’t like. I prefer whats in this video. Color of paint on the walls etc.

What frame rate did you shoot?

I shoot everything in 24 fps. But I will shoot higher frame rates when there is something I really want to slow down. I will switch it to 60fps or 120fps if I am shooting the fireplaces, outside fountain, and pool features
