Great games and you ended up with a pretty solid deck even though Shinx managed to get a usable Ex and one of the best at that even in this format since Heat Blast takes 2 colorless. Also Shinx with the illegal Sabrinas 😂 Hot take I think Pikachu is the worst pack out of the 3 especially f2p. Pikachu Ex is the only super meta deck you can get from the pack, but Exs pull rating is horrible. Blastoise is another solid deck, but relies on Misty to do big damage plus is an Ex. Nido fam is pure jank since running double stage 3 lines is super inconsistent. Surge's cards are ok since Raichu hits so hard, but then you have to rebuild all the energy and all the cards get 1 shot easily plus Raichu and Magneton are 3 stars. Golem is bad and Onix is mid meanwhile Arcanine Ex and Wigglytuff Ex have been labeled bad/mid since release. I honestly feel bad for folks who open primarily Pikachu.

yeah i agree with you! i usually recommend my friends to open either charizard or mewtwo as their primary pack because of similar reasoning. for this kind of series, i thought that the commons and uncommons for the pikachu pack were strong, and since thats what i was mostly going to be opening, it would be a good choice. in the end i definitely got lucky since my pulls allowed me to only play lightning pokemon. thank you so much for the comment! it made my day 💜
