So, in Scenario 1, there is no need for a new qualifying offer for arranged employment letter stating that they intend to employ you for at least a year after getting PR, unlike in Scenarios 2 and 3? Thanks. You are really very good.

Hi, thank you for your informative video. I have a question. Currently, I am working for one year in Walmart in Administrative Support Worker Position. Can my job offer be considered a "Valid Job Offer" in scenario 3 as you explained in the video? In that case, I am in PGWP status. In your video, it is said, for scenario 3, the visa has to be employer-specific visa? Could you please clarify?

I have an open work permit. i got a job offer in Canada and i completing 1 years of experience in Canada. In my WP page ircc didn't mention any LMIA number. My employer will provide an agreement for another 1 year job offer if i apply for PR. As per my current job Nature, i will fall under Teer 1. Am i eligible to get 50crs points with the above details? Hi, first of all, great video! I have a question in the case of LMIA Exemption case 3, if I am on PGWP and I have worked continuously for this employer for a year ( NOC B), the employment offer they gave me at the beginning does not specify the time, it just job offer Undefined contract, would that apply for the 50 points? Hi, I have a question, I have a good relationship with my manager and he has helped me a lot by giving me a reference letter with all of the IRCC requirements, however, I would like to know if it's possible to ask him for a job offer so I could get the additional 50 CRS points. Hi, I have an LMIA exempt job offer from Canada (Tier 1). I think I meet all the criterias to claim CRS points for the job offer except the one which says "employer agrees to employ me 1 year after the PR application is approved". I am not really sure if any company can I write such a clause because it's hypothetical. Can I claim points without this particular clause?

You will need to have a letter from the company specifying you will be under their employment after you get PR. This is tricky, so just get your offer letter which mentions the numbers of days which has to be around 1.5 years from current date considering it takes 6 months to issue PR and by that time it shows one year of guaranteed employment. This is purely my opinion as I am also on the same boat as well.

I have a question. There is a company who already applied for LMIA and looking for someone in engineering position. I applied for that company and they accepted me. Can I claim points? What kinds of job offer they should provide me? Can I claim points with company LMIA approval letter and employment letter that states this person will work with us after PR?

Your name would need to be added to the LMIA if it is a Permanent LMIA before you can use it to claim CRS points.

There are no CRS points awarded under Express Entry for a niece in Canada.

Can I show it my express entry profile even though I didn’t work on LMIA work permit but I worked on my open work permit which I got after studying in Canada.

No you can't. You need to have a LMIA based job offer.

You can not obtain CRS points for a job offer if you are working on an open PGWP.
