That's exactly what happened the Biden administration had indirect talks with iranian officials. And since Oct 7 one of the Bidens administration directives was to prevent the Gaza conflict from leading to a regional war. My only question is did the administration committed themselves in completing that particular objective?

What is the point of these sessions? Five minutes? Honestly, mosy people could not successfully place a fast food order inside of five minutes. So the goal here is just to throw literally hundreds of different problems out on the floor, no time is given to respons adequately to any of them, most of the speakers, including Blinken, use this time to soapbox, but not solve or take responsibility for ANYTHING. This is our government? This is what we pay taxes for? Honestly? If any of these people worked at a non-governmental company, they would have been fired before their three-month probation was up. What an absolute farce. This is the "democracy" we're peddlig to other countires? How shocking that there are no takers.
