Great video. Just got a Delica and love it. Been having a hard time finding the Terzo ladder. Yours looks different. What brand and model is it? thanks.

Nice videos bud! I bought Delica and fuel is a huge issue for me... but I love it in general. Now that I have 2 vehicles I will have to sell one, mazda 5 has to go will keep Delica but it was not an easy decision...Delica certainly has a cool factor to it... Cheers!

@@theelevatedislander5015 I do like it. Actually I do have some Pajeros. A Montero sport, a Pajero Gen 2 and Gen 2.5. So its a 4d56 thats common rail. A 4d56 and 4m40 thats both mechanical. I'm part of a Pajero club here in the Philippines and one of our topics during our recent trail was the Delica SWB L400 and Space gear LWB. Did some research and saw your channel. And oh boy, I like what I saw! Now checking the market for a 2nd hand Delica! :-) btw, I've shared your channel to my group and they like what you did on your rig And I'm also sure the Pajero club of Victoria in Australia have been watching your channel as well. Showed to it to a friend of mine from down under. Do a separate vid on how you've lifted your rig. A camper van conversion and a 12 volt set up with the addition of either a Bluetti or a Jackery. A lot of people are gonna like it! Even the Pajero group of mongolians and Russians! 🙂

I have a Delica LHD Conversion and it was awsome, plus it runs like hell like i can max out the speed at 140km/hr. on a freeway and definitely runs like a horse during offroad or steep hills

A left hand drive conversion, that's awesome! They are definitely capable vehicles for sure! Thanks for commenting! Cheers🤙

@@theelevatedislander5015 the only complicated part during conversion was finding the "right" parts, i mean not all of the parts from the LHD conversion came from Mitsubishi alone. Some parts did came from Nissan and Mazda. Finding the right parts that fit and won't snap out of place is the hard part, but overall it was a great conversion.

nice van brother but Can you show the actual suspension and lift underneath the van? I have a lifted delica on 31s and it's rubbing. Do a video on the modifications and setup with spacers / suspension you have. I know you did a vehicle tour but mostly talked about the inside.... Thanks 🤙

@@theelevatedislander5015 Thanx for your Delica videos... and I'd be very interested too, to see the setup of the lift... how many centimeters was it lifted? I'm just looking to get one too here in Paraguay... and here you have some bad backroads you definately whish for a lifted car 🙂

Question for you: it looks like the kid-seat setup pretty much blocks the whole side door. I'm between a Delica and a lifted Sienna which has two sliding doors (would way rather have the Deli). I've got two kids - Can the left side 2nd row captains seat (where you have your kids car seat) slide back farther so I can get in to strap in a second kid?? Oldest is big enough to be forward facing now, if that makes a difference.

I have a JDM 2006 Delica 4wd "Field Edition." It looks exactly like yours. I've got a couple of questions that I hope you'll take time to answer: 1. My seats are supposed too fold up the way yours do in your video -- what is the procedure for doing this. I can't figure it out. 2. What is you source for parts in Canada (or the USA)? I desperately need a steering rack for mine. All I see online are cheap knockoffs. Thanks. I appreciate your time. Blessings, Chip
@theelevatedislander50153 жыл бұрын
Hi Chip! As far as the seats go there should be 4 different levers the 2 smallest ones are for folding the bottom up and rotating the seat. I find that sometimes one of my seats acts up a bit and won't spin. I think this is from the cable underneath the seat becoming a bit loose and not releasing the latch. As far as parts go In canada I use ccautos.ca/ There are other shops too like www.rs-import.ca/index.php I have never dealt with this company though There are a bunch of places in Europe and Australia too. If it's possible keep your eyes out for a l400 with bad frame damage, might be able to get it really cheap and have a full van for spare parts. Hope this helps a little, thanks for watching! Cheers!

Don't limit your search on Mitsubishi parts alone, some Nissan and Mazda parts are more likely compatible if you cant find part from Mitsubishi. You will need a good mechanic for that too...
