Yap session review🗣️🗣️🔥🔥 (healthy advise about exercise and depression) Yap length : 3/10 ( too short, Ken's presidency of yapville might be taken away) Topic : 9/10 (one of the most healthy and senseful yapping of the channel) Coherence : 10/10 (I totally understand when you fell totally demotivated to do something and only thing to get you out of this state is exercise ) Entertainment : 4/10 ( the usual humor was lacking as it was more of a serious yapping session ) Humor : 3/10 ( as I said lacking which I respect🫡) Volume : 8/10 ( could hear clearly through out ) Pacing : 9/10 (he did not rush it he said what was needed in the right amount of time ) Usefulness of topic 9.5/10 (great advise for maintaining mental health ) Overall rating : 9/10 (one of the best yapping heard on this channel for a while this deserves a SMASH like👊👍)

This is much worse than the more popular review of this video. Yap session review review, Based: 5/10 Being complete: 3/10, the review lacks multiple important points, such as the amount of hints ken gave us about what he has done. Objective: 2/10, the review is clearly biased. Overall 3,33/10, bad yap session review.

@boi2192 The yap session reviews, reviews, review 🗣️🗣️🔥🔥 Coherence : 3/10 ( did not understand what u meant until the third time reading it) Ratings given : 2/10 (calling a review baised even though it gives respect to ken for actually giving good advice) Understanding number : -3/10 (333/10 means u like my rating and there is no comma in hundreds) Glibibility of words used : 1/10 ( not glibibale enough ) Overall : 1.5/10 (calling a reviewer who has been reviewing since 3 days ago to be baised is a crime that you can be arrested for in yapville)

The best way to deal with anxiety is to not think about anxiety! I've been telling my friends this for years, just life live and not care, and i mean like dont go live life doing things carelessly, I mean dont care about whats going to happen to you, just do what job you want and make sure you love doing it, and dont care about what people are doing, saying or thinking. Soon enough you'll forget what anxiety even is untill you see someone else with it.
@BboyReso23 күн бұрын
Nice comment and as an unfocused unmotivated engineering student in grad school I would agree with you personally, but I know a lot of people who actually find comfort in planning and caring. I’m quite jealous of these people sometimes because with the “no care” mindset at some point it becomes hard to balance what I wanna do against what has to be done. Frankly the people who “care” are the ones who are higher achieving but we don’t all have to be like that? Sorry for yapping so much I but guess what I’m tryna say is that I can attest to this mindset as I am overall happier now than before, though I’m aware it’s definitely not the healthiest or most productive way to think

Philosophy lesson with Ken- Absurdism vs Nihilism
@amanygur24 күн бұрын
My name is Yoshikage Kira. I'm 33 years old. My house is in the northeast section of Morioh, where all the villas are, and I am not married. I work as an employee for the Kame Yu department stores, and I get home every day by 8 PM at the latest. I don't smoke, but I occasionally drink. I'm in bed by 11 PM, and make sure I get eight hours of sleep, no matter what. After having a glass of warm milk and doing about twenty minutes of stretches before going to bed, I usually have no problems sleeping until morning. Just like a baby, I wake up without any fatigue or stress in the morning. I was told there were no issues at my last check-up. I'm trying to explain that I'm a person who wishes to live a very quiet life. I take care not to trouble myself with any enemies, like winning and losing, that would cause me to lose sleep at night. That is how I deal with society, and I know that is what brings me happiness. Although, if I were to fight I wouldn't lose to anyone.

Ken, if I might have a say on the beginning of your video, I've noticed that your whole day is determined on how you start your mornings (I'm pretty sure you taught me that.) If I start my morning scrolling on social media and doing millions of things at the same time, the whole day feels terrible and I feel like "nothing matters at all" in a negative light as you've said. Start your mornings lightly productive and take care of yourself (brushing your teeth, eating breakfast) and life will feel so good every single day. (+Of course go outside at least once a day)
