oh, 3 thousand subs . congratulations! You're also a 50mm guy. that's really rare these days. I think through your lomo point & shoot video I found you too. The shots you showed are all so good. especially lomo purple i have rarely seen used so well. 👌

Thanks Daniel! I like to think I’m an old school 50 & 28mm kinda guy haha and from my experience, I think lomochrome purple has so much potential, but it shouldn’t be shot like a normal colour film, I think it’s more like black & white where you focus on value contrast but with the added teal/red green/purple complimentary colour contrast 💜 love that film

Loved this video man! So interesting you wanted to make a graphic novel and kinda found yourself taking more photos. Some great points about entering into the world of film as well. And if you love Lomo, I’m really hoping Ektar is gonna impress you. 100 speed ain’t great as you say, but I literally can’t find lomo anywhere lately! 30 ain’t old tho man! Thanks Brendon! Haha ektar has already impressed me~ I always shoot it during summer. I remember seeing a lot of people online disliking Ektar and I’m like but it’s good 😂 oh man, lomo is amazing if you can get them, I find myself reaching for a lomo colour negative film before even thinking about portra 🙈 and haha, I feel the millennial solidarity here 🙌🏼 hopefully I’ll get to Italy soon!
