I'm not sure if it was an oversight but no touch screen demonstration was shown during connection to Windows. In fact this monitor does not appear to identify itself as a hid compliant touchscreen device in Windows 10 and hence is not recognized as a touchscreen monitor in Windows 10. There are no drivers from the manufacturer to address this issue either. Additionally this device is not recognized as a touchscreen monitor when connected to an android TV box running android 10 either. It only works as a touchscreen monitor when connected to a Samsung Dex compatible device.

Touch functionality works normally when connected to Windows 10. All the finger gesture shortcuts are supported, as if you're using a MS Surface device, except drawing performance sucks as shown in video.

@@teohyc please describe how you got it to work. Plugged in via hdmi Windows 10 system information shows no touch or pen functions detected for the display. Also the display is not detected as an hid input device in device manager. Looking forward to your guidance. Thank you.

@@webnameking You need to use USB-C for data, audio and video. HDMI only provides video and audio, no data (no touch).

@@teohyc is it correct to presume an hdmi to usb c adapter will not suffice to carry data with audio and video? Few PCs seem to feature a full function usb c port.

@@webnameking HDMI does not transfer data. If you want to use HDMI, you have to use it with USB-A (for data) too.

Touchscreens from laptops or monitors are usually not for drawing. And unless the tablet mentions stylus support, usually the tablet will not work well with stylus.

@@teohyc Why is that😳? Aren't they capacitive touchscreens? Well no matter what size they are, all capacitive touchscreens should respond to a dumb stylus because it is basically imitating human fingers😑. I was planning to make a DIY external touchscreen using an old laptop LED and a usbc control board but now I'm disappointed😢 because now I don't know if it will work with a dumb stylus or not😭

@@alimohammadmojarad5945 Because these displays are designed for use with fingers, not stylus. A dumb stylus is a substitute for finger, but for some reason, on such touchscreens, the stylus performance is worse than using your finger.

@@alimohammadmojarad5945 There are certainly touchscreen laptops and Windows tablets but I personally don't think the touchscreen features of Windows is that great. If you're modeling 3D with mouse, and not sculpting, using a keyboard and mouse is still what I would recommend. Unless you have problems using mouse due to discomfort.

You can only draw with your finger, if you call that drawing - Yi Chie Me, who drew with my finger on my laptop for a whole year and made decent to good stuff: Hoho, it is possible!

Hey. I bought this from Amazon about a week ago. Used it and it is a really nice product. Thanks for this video to explain what all more features it has. Unfortunately my phone (poco f1) which has type c but doesn't support video output I believe, since the screen didn't show up anything. Can you please help in finding a solution apart from changing the phone itself? I saw a video uploaded by 18material on youtube where he used a Cable Creation adaptor + usb type c adapter to connect via HDMI on pocophone f1 to a monitor (not this screen though). I bought the same adaptor and tried, it worked with my poco f1 for 1st day only, and it doesnt connect again. So really need some help here.

If the phone does not output video, I don't think it's a problem an adapter can solve.

Such monitors are not meant to be used with stylus. For drawing, go with Huion or XP-Pen.

@@teohontech7141 Surface book 2 is a nice tool, but i was thinking about a bigger tool to write my notes and sketching: Like having one instace of Nebo and one OneNote instance, next to each other. OneNote is nice for sketching but messy to organize notes, in a page format, Nebo the inverse. Is the Arstist pro 24 from XP touchscreen also? My goal is to avoid to buy a surface studio and having the best stylus experience... Otherwise, I am really not fan of the surface pen accuracy. The interpolation of points is quite bad and I was a lot more happier with the apple pencil, far more accurate. I am going to try the Rapahel 520 to compare anytime soon. What I am searching for is the possibility to move with your finger the position and to draw with the pen when needed.

Not for this monitor. Universal stylus is the rubber/disk-type stylus.

Don't buy lenovo m14t. Big mistake I did when I bought it. I suggest all who want full advantage of monitor to not buy this one. It will not support PC (CPU) or iphone or ipad like asus zenscreen do.

I HATE!! That this company sends their products for YOUR review you are not practical we whom would use to this device are not going to use an effin TABLET basically the same size ggeesshhhh what's the point. I believe I've covered everything there is to know about this display. Anyway, a phone does not supply enough power to the display. You'll need a power bank or power outlet.
