Can you eat carp? (Carp Catch, Clean, Cook)

I’ve always wondered if you can eat Carp as I have caught so many in my lifetime so today I decided to give it a crack. Nothing fancy just my honest opinion about this fish that people would always throw away.
We’ve all heard the rumours of eating mud and their a “trash fish” and not worth the time to clean them.
So next time you catch one and are up for a challenge give it a try!

Of course you can eat carp! Although it is recommend to cook it with the bones instead of trying to remove the bones when its raw due to the bones breaking into smaller fragments. It also apparently makes good fish cakes. Would recommend watching some tutorials tho as I've never done it 😅
