4 years went by and now i have a ccj

I just checked my credit file and shocked to realise i have a CCJ on there for not paying a parking ticket issued by parking eye. But i never knew anything about it and never knew anything about the court hearing etc. Is there anything i can do about this and get it removed ?

Do you get a CCJ if you lose in court and pay straight away?

Hi @-TimmyTimmyTIMMY! You can apply to have the CCJ removed if you paid within one month of settling the debt in full.
