Sometimes if runners have already killed a zombie villager somewhere else, they'll convert and cure both, but that isn't faster because they speed up each other's conversion. They each have their own random timer, and having two just means you can leave whenever the faster one is done.

in fact, killing another wither might be the better option, as bringing a wither skele to spawn is much harder than it sounds. HDWGH is much harder with it, since a rabbit foot skip already cuts time very short, and having to get hit by a wither then swimming is very hard to pull off.
