I had my left one out 2017 due to a ectopic which it rupture in surgery I had 3 miscarriages after then I just had my 3rd child in February where I chose to remove my right tube to not have anymore recently just took a test cause other concerns and dr wanted me to rule it out but it was a faint line so it is very possible to get pregnant with no tube

Without a uterus you can’t have a viable pregnancy. IVF may be an option with a surrogate but this is a discussion you should have with your doctor
