I find this format very interesting, not necessarily to watch lower divs (I'm avg. div 20 myself) but to have some more awareness from good and top players how much the difference to themselves there is. Just by going down some divisions Wirtual already notices "bad" driving. Div 1 & 2 players are often complaining about COTD tracks are too easy... well let me tell you, it is not. I'm not new, to the game, I already played TMN ESWC (followed by TMNF and TMUF) before all those tricks were discovered, to my disadvantage I never caught up on learning these tricks/skills very well. I can drift, somehow, but I can't judge when I have to initiate a drift, I have to try, fail, try again, fail, try... many time to get it for that specific track. I learned that on dirt banked turns are mostly better outside, to get better gear and to keep more speed... I just can't safely keep the car from touching the outside curb... So I better do not do the full outside and have more distance to the outside curb, which then doesn't get me that advantage... I know the theory to speed slides, how much at what speed... roughly... still my fingers are not able to tap the steering as fast and consistent necessary as my brain is telling them to do. I can ice slide, somehow, but like drifting, I can't judge when to start and even more how much to angle the car in the beginning. I can tap brake to keep ice slide and to narrow the turn, but it's hard for me to tap the right amount of times and the lengths of the taps. I can't judge when to cancel the ice slide, like drifting I have to do trail and error until I get it for that specific turn on that track. And I'm not very consistent. Driving TM for over 16 years and I'm still bad but still having fun. 😄 My only defense: I'm already 51y of age. 👴

I have only 130 hours in the game and I think im averaging like division 30, while division 19 is highest I have ever been in and won once division 26 speed track, when was faster, than everybody else, so im preatty beginner, but still average around division 30. I think division 40-50 is fulll of bonkers who dont know how to drive, division 30-40 full of beginners who do not bonk, but their not that fast, when preatty slow still, division 20-30 full of intermediate players who can do the track in intermediate time, division 10-20 full of preatty good players who can do the track preatty fast, while still have some mistakes, division 1-10 full of absolute hardcore pro players who have a lot of hours in the game and do the track absolutely fast and so rarely bonk, when their god like players with over 10K hours in the game and so they know with exeperience where to find the linea to do it fast. Division one got the world best Trackmania players there and is little bit faster, than division two who still is preatty fast, while there is diffrence in division one and two speed and Wirtual knows it, when been in both. If you ever win division one track of the day you can call yourself one of the best trackmania players there is.

Having played this track in Assetto Corsa (mainly with Formula Student cars), it's interesting how similar the lines are... Except for the jumps over barriers and grass of course 😂

Just an idea. The qualifications for the divisions are done but you are the slowest one from all the globe and the previous division is full with 64. Will you be only one in your div or what happens in this case?

@@Statleburger I think it splits up the divisions, because not all divisions are 64 players. At least, I played a COTN once and it only had about 20 players in my relatively low division.

I think this is a good show because it shows the more entry level that you can get in to the game and not just the top level players. I have never played because I can’t afford a pc to run it but I have an Xbox and have played trackmania turbo and love it (sometimes), I’d be very happy to see more of this 👍🏼 thanks for the content, not been around long but love your content 👌

Trust me your memory is just bad. Most of his guesses are insanely close and the ones that were far off are included. If anything I only cut out the ones that he actually got right or was close, to have more variety on his guesses.

I would say the guessing is much harder the lower you go as higher skill tends to get at least the top 5 divisions. Past that and only small improvements can mean vast distances between divisions.
