Penis extenders do work. I been using one for 2 years pretty consistently. I went from 7 1-2 inches a bit over 8 inches with more girth as well. They do indeed work. The only other long lasting method is pumping. Surprisingly clamps don't work for the long term and tend to be more dangerous. Extender's pulling down and behind ( basically to your butt ) is the best stretch and progressive pumping to 20min is the best girth method. Just takes many years of consistent work to get long lasting results. I wasn't going to post the methods but I guess you already gave half of it. I was lucky and met one of the OG's of the PE community who left it long ago. The guys at PEgym are mostly bs, which is the biggest community as far as I've found. Keep it simple. Be consistent. Be safe. Be patient.

@@bloopy6166 Nice! With pumping I would definitely start around 5-7 mins and work your way up slowly. Going over 20 mins a day is overkill and will potentially stunt growth not to mention hurt your EQ but you'll definitely notice decent temporary girth gains within the first few months. Extending and stretching for 2-4 hours in the down and backwards direction will get you length gains faster than you might think. I have minimal experience with hanging but it's the same principle so I suppose it'll net similar results. Good luck!

If its the surgery that cuts something that connects the penis, the body will try to heal from the injury making it smaller than it was before because of it.
