I absolutely support Tipharot and am not challenging his intellect on the topic of lucid dreaming, but personally I think the price of his book is beyond ridiculous. There are higher quality lucid dreaming books that go way more in depth, yet are like ten bucks less. I’m sure tipharot’s book is full of good info, but my only gripe its price.

Always do a dream analysis afterwards, every time. Our dreams are how our subconscious talks to us. Maybe you are stuck in your waking life..any unresolved issue or unfinished task or something. And it happens to me too..i wake up but later I realize I was still dreaming. Maybe thats your opportunity..your subconscious is trying to help you become lucid in any one of your false awakenings? Don't be scared.😉

Hi. First thing, you are doing an awesome job by spreading awareness about this life-changing experience. Love your content! Second thing, its a question. I got lucid tonight. I asked my subconscious a question about my health problem i have been having, but no reply. Then, I asked my larger awareness the same thing, no reply again. Is it related to dream control? Am i not there yet to be able to do things like that? I have 4-5 lucid dreams a month, some stable some not. Also, im an insomniac..I go to sleep almost in the morning. Would changing my sleeping pattern going to help?? Thanks a lot.

@@ashwani29kumar damn, I’d like to speak to my subconscious. That’s one of the big things that pulled me into lucid dreaming three years, and I’ve come nowhere near close. The closest thing to a message or contact from my subconscious I got was in a dream that I didn’t even get lucid in, I had found a bottle with a note in it saying to do a reality check. That’s it really.

@@thegreateggort1641 That's awesome. You know what could help you? A good old self talk. Everyone talks to themselves..so, start talking to yourself..like a friend. @@thegreateggort1641 After I talked to my subconscious like a friend...and I wasn't even dreaming! I was in this waking world and was demotivated a lot after not being able to have a lucid dream for 15 days, so one day I meditated a little and was in that zone, you know, I talked to my subconscious with all the compassion and you know what happened...?! In the afternoon the same day, my dream body did a reality check in my dream on its own without my awareness and I got aware..! The next day, same kind of thing happened again. And since that talk..which I still do almost every day, my dreams have been much easier to recognize. I love my subconscious and it loves me too..it said so!😁

Q: I have a question, how can I control my dreams better? Like, I go lucid, but I can't control the things around me. I know how to keep a longer dream, I use affirmations for that, but Idk how to summon things or make a portal. I'm trying to use lucid dreaming as a method to shifting to my desired realty. Any tips?

For me, its a believing thing. If i want a person to appear, i close my eyes and invision them having a conversation with me. And when i look back up, they are normally there, still talking. But if i wanted to fly or pick up a car, it really depends on how much i believe i can do it. If you think what you're trying to do is difficult, it will be difficult in the dream. Just try to make the mindset that its a normal and easy thing to do, and you might have more success with it.

Our dreams are subconscious mind's way of talking to us. Try to understand the pattern of your nightmares. Face you fears if you can, both in the dream world as well as waking world. Work out your issues, if any. Have a self-talk with you subconscious. Mediatate for a while and when you think you are in that zone, talk to your subconscious to help you with your nightmares.😉 good luck.

I never knew what lucid dreaming was when I was much younger it always scared me. once I got older I started lucid dreaming every night. When I was 18 I had insomnia and was prescribed meds. After that my lucid dreams went away for a little over an year even though I wasn't taking the meds anymore. Then it slowly came back, and now I am lucid dreaming almost every night. Its so exhausting, I wake up feeling so tired especially when I only get 8 hrs. I need like 10 to feel well rested. I don't use any techniques and never had, I always thought everyone also had these types of dreams. its so weird that ppl would want to be lucid dreaming. I'm so tired of my dreams, I feel so drained all the time now

I’ve heard of people who experience this, and I’m very sorry this is happening to you. Here’s an exercise that has helped many people: the next time you dream, find your way to a serene location. It can be a green meadow, a sunny beach, or even a quiet room, as long as it brings you comfort. I once read of someone who frequently visited a purple waterfall. The next step is to lie down or sit cross-legged. Then, focus on your breath-you may close your eyes; alternatively, you can direct your visual attention to a distant point. If you’re relaxed enough, you may ‘fall asleep,’ which can cause you to lose lucidity and have a standard dream. If you don’t ‘fall asleep,’ don’t stress. You will still wake up feeling refreshed! This is because you are essentially meditating in your sleep. Think of it this way: the more you move around and interact with the dream world, the harder your brain must work to create vivid imagery and sensory input. _Dream meditation_ allows the mind to rest. I hope this helps.

I have lucid dreams consistently when I want to n I’ve had at least 50-80 lucid dreams since 2020 while lucid dreaming off and on. I never get to enjoy them tho cuz in every single one of them, my eyes get heavy n I end up falling asleep in the lucid dream. I’ve tried everything I can think of to stop it but it keeps happening. I’ve tried to not worry about it in the dream, I’ve tried repeating to myself in the dream that it won’t happen, I’ve tried drinking coffee in the dream to make me not tired, I’ve tried dream stabilization techniques but nothing is working. When I fall asleep n wake up in the dream I lose lucidity. Anyone know how I can stop this?

hello everybody! :) Can somebody more experienced advise? I started my dream journal 2 months ago, Im doing reality checks multiple times every day, I meditate in the morning and before bed and Im using mantras as well... yet I managed to get lucid during this 2 months of intensivly trying maybe 3 times so far, and I always either lose lucidity as the dream goes on or I just wake up... is this a normal progress? It seems too slow and sometimes I just get frustrated with myself. How long does it take to get lucid dreams on more regular basis, or before you manage to stabilise your dreams so that you can really enjoy it? I realise it is different for everybody. Eventually I would love to also astral travel, but I figured lucid dreaming is the first step.

You're doing great. Keep telling yourself that (even if you're think you are slow). Your belief is the key. What you think, you become! PS It took me a year before I was able to have 4 lucid dreams in a month. Also, good luck with your astral projection. I too started lucid dreaming for the same reason. I projected once before I got into lucid dreaming but it was too short-lived. When we are in our subconscious (thats where dreams happen, right?), we can acces all sorts of dimensions of existence. Try projecting from a lucid dream..it is much easier and fun!😉

@@Faithy606 Well, thats awesome. Keep going. I think you might not be as lucid as you need to be to properly understand or interpret the reply from your subconscious. I would recommend you to ask for awareness as soon as you recognize you're dreaming. Look at your hands, say "Awareness now!" or whatever works for you. As you get aware, observe your surrounding. Then exclaim, as you were a king.."To me, my subconscious!" Observe any change in your surroundings..any new character coming into the picture..it could be a man, woman, a kid, an animal or if not anyone then maybe the already existing character..go to them and ask them personally, "Are you my subconscious?" or "What do you represent?" Im sure you will get an answer. And remember..belief is the key! Always believe in yourself. Your doubts mights be pulling you down. Also, I would recommend you to talk to your subconscious. Ask it, if its happy..anything bothering it...any unresolved issue or unfinished business or unbalanced karma and such..Talk to it like a friend..Give it love. Thank it personally for taking care of you all the time, you know, for your breathing..heartbeat..other organs..if it were not for your subconscious you wouldn't be alive. Hug it and feel the love coming from them. Life will become so much fun and blissful after that, I promise. Good Luck

If anyone else is more experienced feel free to help! I'm curious too!
