Hi, Karen. Silicone molds work with not blue pretty well in my experience. I've even used small, heavily detailed molds to make floral pieces for necklaces, etc. You can rub a little oil on those to help the release. I think I first saw the technique I use on KZbin. :)

Hey Karen! Since your room update a few months ago, I saw something you made and was curious about what materials you used. It's like some squirt or spray bottles that were/are wrapped with gold foil and have pink letters...I love the way the *glitter*-y gold paper looked with the pink letters. Also, I am a kindergarten teacher, and I used this idea to make the alpabet in lots of different colors (but I put a magnet in the cookie cutters before melting the glue) and made some magnetic letters for my kids to play with in class!

You might be able to do some interesting stuff with silicone baking molds and silicone ice cube molds. It's possible to get all sorts of shapes and the flexible silicone should allow for easy removal (unlike the rigid cookie cutters). It's important to use silicone because it will be able to resist the heat whereas plastic and rubber molds will warp, melt, and burn. P.S. Anti-glitter, for projects, pro-glitter for makeup.

GLITTER Ok... so, I really suggest you try making hot glue seal stamps (like wax seal stamps only from hot glue...) because I tried it and it worked SUUUPERB!!! well... the only thing is that I use linoleum stamps instead of the actual wax seal stamps that you usually would use, but judging from the look and feel of the actual stamp, I think it'll work even better! I did this for my friend's birthday and she liked it so much I couldn't believe it (I don't know if it was she or I who was more excited XD

I have some bought rubber coasters, as well as some sort of shiny fabric ones (pleather) that stick to the cups sometimes, so don't think that's just hot glue or just DIY ones

Mostly anti-glitter unless it absolutely doesn't come off and is only used sparingly. So I like receiving things with glitter (if they fit the above two conditions) but I'll never work with it because it gets EVERYWHERE!

gliter, did you know that you can still reuse those hot glue stuff, for glueing?? just use your iron or hot gun to melt the wax, to what ever you need to glue. just a diy note, thanks for sharing all your "experiments with us. joanne

The cutters are metal try heating the outside of the mold with your gun or hot boiling water to help release them n I love glitter glue and paint and even though it's a nightmare I love loose glitter.

I have not really had a chance to make anything w gg . Mine is way smaller than ya alls and it's old 20years or more lol it does not keep coming by using trigger I have to push glue to keep steady stream very difficult to manage lmbo but earlier however I did try shoving crayon in it. Gun is old it did not come out liquid but just tiny bit and it mixed or appeared some was solid color at first and the glue turned light purple I just found out they have Colored sticks lol I was glad to hear that. I also used and orange one it kinda was same but I just made a blob circle. ( just stated trying to crafts and rock painting and pouring) turned it over and orange , u could kinda peel away. At first it seemed to miracle lol I had fun anyway lol. I am going to get a new gun🤣🤣😂❤
