Sorry, but I can't find any cheap universities which offers scholarships. However, If you have concern in regards to fees, I can recommend you going for colleges rather than universities. Also, it does depends on which city you would like to Study!

Hi so sorry to hear about that, I think your UON has nothing to do with your visa rejection. Department of home affairs might have made their decision after accessing your application. So if you try to re-lodge your visa. From my perspective they might can refuse it again! Please consult with your agent or go to IDP services, they can guide you better!

If you doing diploma, most probably it is not going to be offer in the universities, these types of diploma courses are mostly offered in TAFE or colleges, so if you try searching about TAFE you will find some information in regards to that!
