Standing then low medium into some EX and I can make a TOD. Any character. I made Kefla TOD and MUI Goku TOD in less than an hour Lmao. But LORD, are they so hard to hit.. they require so much too..

Not a TOD God but as someone who has landed multiple TODs online all I gotta say is make a TOD with a more common starter. And if you are going for a 2M starter try and pressure your opponent into the corner instead of trapping yourself and trying to switch sides
