Fender made some acoustic guitars with bolt-on necks back in the 1960’s, too.

That’s right… I forgot about those.

Woo hoo, you bought a cheap guitar! Just kidding 😂. Regardless of views, I think this is some of your best stuff. It shows your research, it’s informative and educational, and it’s still entertaining. And for that you may not receive much money but kudos for your efforts and hard work.

I bought an ARIA 12 string years ago. It was also a bolt on acoustic. It was hard to play with a high action But it sounded magic. It would have been 70's I guess & possibly made by the same Co. your talking about. I gave it away. Maybe I should've kept it. Anyway, these things happen. Cheers Y/All.

Yup. That was a Matsumoku. The ones that got away. That could be an episode all on it own.

@@TheTapeFarm I bought that guitar in the early 90's when I was in my early 20's. The guitar basically imploded. I thought about using the neck to make a solid body electric, but I broke up with a girl at the time & it never happened. I gave away a lot of stuff & moved away. But life keeps going & I have some really nice guitars now including My 77 ARIA Pro 2 Les Paul concept. It looks a bit different to a normal LP but has T Top pickups & a few mods I did a long time ago. I've had it since I was 17. I'm 52 now & I still love it.
