Set a^3=10 then this simplifies easily to ((a-1)/3)^5. Using Pascal’s triangle gives (a-1)^5=a^5-5.a^4+10.a^3-10.a^2+5.a-1=99-45a.Dividing by 3^5 gives the final solution (11-5a)/27.
