@@KuroroSama42 Basically if you stand still while they are looking around with their eye they cant see you when they later start to walk around. If they see you move while scanning they will remember your position and be able to track your movement.

You guys need to try the Skinwalker mod. It mimics peoples voices perfectly and causes mass hilarious chaos, it’s the best LC mod out there. It can get pretty creepy too. Also the mimic mod. Adds mimic fire doors that can really make people jump as well as a couple other things.

For every second you put on the mask you have a chance of becoming a masked which is an enemy that can convert others to masked. They are crewmates who act human but will target a certain crewmember and attempt to grab and convert them. Masked can also spawn naturally. Also dogs naturally spawn outside, if you hear loud mouth breathing then that's a dog. They are blind but are sensitive to sound. On the snowy maps they are hard to hear and spot. So if it is in the evening it may be better to crouch around.

the gist of the game is that you have 3 days to meet quota, you meet quota by bringing back items to the ship and selling them on the 3rd day. You can use any money you gain to buy various items like flashlights and shovels and ship upgrades. However there are many spooky monsters inside trying to kill you!

It's not that I don't "get" the game, the rules are simple enough. It just doesn't seem fun to me. The graphics are deliberately awful, there's no real way to defend yourself and it gets very samey once you've seen most of the different enemy types. Also, I find anything with proximity chat unpleasant to watch in general. Welp, at least they seem to be having fun playing it.

@@Caipiranha89 It's honestly a lot worse to watch than it is to play, it's pretty fun especially for the first ~10 hours when you go in blind with some friends. The problem with these types of horror games (at least for me) is that once you figure everything out and work out the 'meta' it's not really scary at all and loses a lot of it's charm

They watch with one tireless eye, which only senses movement; It remembers the last creature it noticed, whether they are moving or not." I can easily see people not figuring out the whole "it can't see you if it isn't scanning" thing without extra googling or hearing it from someone else.
