I feel like Jack's moved to building a lot of newer diesels, so I think the next build (after the Denali of course) should be either a 1st or 2nd gen cummins, or a 7.3 powerstroke.

Hey Jack, wasn’t sure if you were aware on that exhaust brake but MOPAR mechanics actually recommend running the brake always die the VGT turbo vanes sticking and this helps them keep moving freely. They have mentioned a lot of VGT turbos getting stuck and not functioning properly but with using the brake has helped tremendously with this. Love the truck, entered and hopefully from the central US my friend.

If you were using a rear hitch, I'd bet it would lean even more. I'd like to know how it feels on the highway at 65 or so when you hit a bump. Lucky for me, if I won I already have my cummins tow rig. Nothing beats a manual cummins!

Absolutely you can. My 2010 Mega cab is on a 8" long arm BDS with 38" Toyo's; I pull my 40" gooseneck mo problem. I also pull my 3950 Voltage 5th wheel (44.5 LOA) with stock ride height on the toy hauler. 5TH Wheel needs a lift forsure but doesn't stop us from camping]

that’s not a nv5600 truck. That’s another g56 truck. Nv5600 reverse is to the right and up. G56 is left and down.

I tow very often with 37's. My daily driver/work truck is a 2011 Denali 2500 Duramax with approximately a 3 inch lift. Like most things it is all in the details if you can have a big God bless America truck and still effectively use it for work is in how you set it up. My tires are Falken at3 37x12.5x18 load E on wheels that look good and have a high enough weight rating for my use. Lift; keep it as low as possible and remove sheet metal. This part is time consuming and expensive but well worth the performance benefits of big tires with low center of gravity. Total height is only 82". I pull a gooseneck with tandem duals 12k axles. Usually hauling a Cat mulit terrain loader that weights almost 10k dry plus all attachments. I also pull 3 different big bumper hitch trailers with no negative issues.

Caelan Farlee yes, you would be correct. The late 2nd gens had the option of a 5 or 6 sp, the 03-04 had the NV5600, and the 05-18? could still get the G56, although after 07.5 more and more people got the auto over the G56.

Ok now whats the hitch weight? Do ya have any clue what the payload for truck is with this lift? Is it documented?. so if ya get pulled you dont get shut down for being over weight or operating an unsafe vehicle. beyond what is safely handled. There is alot more than does it clear. That makes a difference.

That 3rd gen is a G56 truck. NV5600 has reverse all the way to the right. Even Lime Ridge posted the truck for sale as a G56 truck!

Wish I could raise my 2021 4x4 silverado 2500 diesel, but the rear leveling jacks on the back of the 32 feet fifth wheel camper we have are about 5 inches from the ground as it is when towing, and they are as high as they can be bolted to the camper frame.
