You HAVE TO STOP reordering your recruits one at a time. When you move a single player up and down the board, you RUIN THE PITCHES. If they had playing time, it drops from as high as a+ all the way down to D- and it never recovers. That fucks up your results. This is a glitch that has been in the game since it came out, they cant fix it. You just use square/x to sort the list by overall, largest lead, biggest deficit, % locked. I've left this comment several times, you're screwing yourself out of great recruits with this one mistake...
