I can't comment from any evidence on the weight, but an average 6'1" person should be about 144 to 188 lbs. Samus is notably thin, but also obviously very athletic and has more mus le and less fat, so I'm gonna guess around 160. tl;dr - Samus is a 6'1", 160 pound engine of bounty-hunting pain.
