Are Boffins not those creatures that died getting the rebels the Death Star plans in Star Wars? Also where is Worms World Party? They played most of the Worms games, including the worst of them, but they seemingly refuse to play the best of the franchise. I actually managed to catch a few minutes of their stream where they were playing Worms Clan Wars and mentioned World Party but sadly it got no response, though I get the Twitch chat gets busy and it's hard to see everything.

It seems like Trott is conflating Boffins (Boffs) and Buffs. Most of his examples are of things that people are passionate about, ie. being a “Minecraft/mil-sim buff.” That isn’t helped by Smiffy having a rather broad definition of Boffin himself. Plenty of astonishingly bad plays as usual boiks, but impressive that you continued your impassioned debate through it all! 😆

Why should British people (and others) have to cede their dialect to appease US cultural sensibilities? Growing up, I knew and used words like minging/minger, snigger and niggard long before I ever heard the N-word. Should the Chinese stop using the extremely common phrase '那个' (ne ga) just in case they offend an American? Maybe the US should stop wilfully exporting such terms instead of trying to police other nations' languages. "Minger" is simply a funny word in Britain without the unfortunate phonetic similarity as it's often associated with 'Chav-speak', something Hat Films has *always* made fun of.
