I’ve seen it go both ways and even with just proof of funds. But due to the uncertainties at the moment and the rising influx of foreign currency rate I’d advise full year if you can. If not half year and the full price of the proof of fund and a bit extra

I sent it to a school once during admission process. So I was able to download it from my dashboard. Another way is to find someone working in another university PG school to help you out in receiving or ministry of education

I forgot. Printed copies are not accepted. MOE and embassy won’t stamp. If MOE stamps, embassy won’t. Only a people manages to get stamp from the embassy if at all they scale through MOE

10,000 is about 400€. It’s good but just find additional work for extra money. Charles is a very good university so tuition free has already given you more. Use the 10,000 for accommodation (4,000) if I’m correct or maybe a bit more and then with your balance you can still survive for a while till you can find something. I’ll say you’re good. Our PhD guest is offered the same thing and in the video he explained that he survives. You can watch his own video too

However, it means that by this date all the required documents including, e.g. the final assessment done by TBU based on hard copies of your verified documents, must be completed.
