If my employer has an approved I-140 for me and is ready/willing to hire me no sooner EAD is approved, and my I-485 has been concurrently filed along with the I-765 and I-131 (Bio Metric appointment also completed in 10/2021). What are my options to work and get financial compensation for sustaining myself while the (I-765 and I-131) applications process? Current EAD processing based on AOS application is showing 10-12 months. Is there a provision/allowance to work during this extended wait time?
