All the kills you get while in the super extend your heat rises timer. Also I think this would be better with the area denial gl. Just bc of practicality.

i think mountaintop with recomb was supposed to be a high dmg output weapon, since parasite gains stacks from mountain top kills and vis versa. basically almost always ensuring an dmg empowered shot. problem really was cross shooting 80% of the mountaintop shots at europas surface.

This is such a bullshit argument, that one, highly specific encounter. Titans were good if not optimal throughout pretty much every other encounter but they weren’t optimal, not good, optimal for one highly specific encounter. Most titans switched for that encounter because they didn’t care about class only about the clear, and any optimisation if good for a contest clear. Titans were still good for that encounter with things like Twilight Arsenal and Hazardous propulsion, they just couldn’t keep up in that one scenario with hunters. Warlocks were mainly there for support. Using that same argument I can complain that nearly all GM speed runs are set on Titan with maybe on or two on Hunter, therefor Warlocks need buffs.

bungie, its a free exotic. recall thrown hammers. if the hammer landed a hit during throw you can re throw it, increased velocity, straight path, back hand throw with 180 degree turn on catching hand ( basically carry the momentum of the hammer return to throw) hammer ignites on impact. destroys hammer. so you charge melee from scratch after this combo

For the Brigs in the first encounter. Speleologist, the solar LMG from last season, with Deconstruct and Target Lock absolutely NUKES the Brigs. I cast song of flame, hit one melee, and then just rip with the LMG

The guy talking about the Difficulty of the guardians isn’t wrong. Titans are the easiest and fall off first in harder difficulty. Warlock is the middle road. Good at everything all the time and all difficulty. Hunter is objectively the hardest to play across all difficulty but brings the most dps value over all. (Not a Hunter main to be clear). I don’t think the guy is to far off. It would be nice to see the skill cap on titan and warlock come up. Both can seem pretty mindless with a lot of builds

The brigs don’t take much ignite damage. Idk if it’s a bug or not, but the solar Titan build was objectively bad for that first encounter. Yeah you have survivability, but a strand build with banner of war and synthos does the exact same but kills the yellow bars and brigs easier. Also a common misconception is that you have to wipe if you lose the nuke. All you have to do is wait for the nuke to disappear and go again. All the ads will respawn and you can do it again like nothing happened.

I am running something slightly similar, let me know what you think: inmost light / claw on your class item with snap + granade of choice (I chose cold snap for crowd control). Hellion instead of bleak. For fragments I got ruin, sacrifice, balance, hope, and protection. Weapons are open to whatevery you like, but it works best with darkness primaries. Super either song or nova. My two favorite exotic weapons to run are either graviton or final warning. With this build you can infinite spam abilities AND it turns your primastic into a song of flame.... Try it out, you can snap granade gl snap snap gl granade spam all day long and it lasts much longer than song. With the right armor mods the synergy feels too good.

As someone who plays all classes, I do kinda agree with the three difficulty modes comment. It is so much easier to stay alive on Titan or Warlock in harsh environments (solo content, high level, etc.). They just have great built in sustain or survivability, whereas Hunter pretty much just has invis and combo blow, which is incredibly unsafe in a lot of environments. The only time I have used my Hunter to solo flawless a dungeon was GotD, and that was because the dungeon was incredibly combo blow ass-cowl friendly (and I think we had arc seasonal mods). Every other dungeon I’ve been on mostly Titan, I think I used Warlock for Shattered Throne and Pit of Heresy just cause I wanted to and they’re pretty low risk comparatively. Also the metric for SE is skewed for damage more than survival, since people were picking Hunter to be able to use Celestial with Still Hunt (never forget) since the boss was specifically long range precision damage heavy, and that was the best option for it at the time.

26:16 i would like to note, as a hunter main, that hunter is the hardest class to stay alive with in end game pve content. Warlocks have healing rifts, the best version of devour, well, song of flame, and healing nades on prismatic Titans have barricade, easiest access to void overshields, stronghold, sunspots, and quiet one now gives devour. Hunters have combination blow ... void invis helps but doesn't give health back, doesnt have great access to restoration, can really only get devour with buried bloodlines or void overshields with repulser brace or running tether on prismatic (which you can't do in vesper host)

In terms of creative, the warlock's build was really interesting. In terms of strength, the titan build, but tbh all 3 classes can 2 phase the last boss solo with op builds so... Warlock was more fun to watch.

It's funny seeing cross mention the day one raid comp as reason as to why Titan's aren't easy mode. When literally that entire raid was made to shit on titans and then the next patch Bungie buffed one titan ability and nerfed hunters in like 5 ways and then titan was again the highest dps as usual. All because titan's cried that eating crayons wasn''t enough to be the best in all content. It's also funny because before they even made those changes consecration titan was by far an away the best gm class and then they got buffed lmao

In defense of hunters, you die the most when you play Hunter. Least deaths with Warlock. I believe his assessment to be correct!!! Also instead of snap,snap,GL,grenade why not snap,GL,snap, grenade. Same damage output with more uptime because no back to back snaps it’s only a sec or 2 but it would be more ideal the other way.

For warlocks you can easy 2 phase the second boss solo with necrotic grips/star eaters or osmiomancy/hoil with star eaters and nova bomb. Song of flame is great but not for that boss.

Ya but it also needs the max amount of spoils you could hold so you need to do a lot of raiding. Microcosm can be gotten from just doing the Final Shape campaign stuff

You can get 5 spoils per character from opening bonus chests in several raids without actual doing any of the raid encounters, especially VoW raid since it requires no one's help and is very easy. There is also Crota raid but you need at least 1 person to form the bridge. The other raids require a more skill to get to but either way with just those first 2 raids you can get 30 spoils a week for doing next to nothing. 2 months of farming those chests if you don't do any other raid chests or encounters. However, if you do raiding along side of those chests, you'll have it in no time. One could assume that he might have started playing this game only a few weeks ago but given his mechanical skills and the fact that he's doing solo dungeon runs pretty smoothly in his video. I think It's safe to say he's been playing for quite some time now and probably raids pretty often. So again, its weird he doesn't have Anarchy already.

titans because of the clips where people hammer a single boss and don't show the 50 hours of attempts get called op while going without bare minimum buffs they need for years get called over powered, and when something is just barely meeting up to locks and hunters get it nerfed within hours or even minutes, and has entire class identity removed and given for hunters and locks allowing hunters to just be better titans. hunter sit overpowered for years, get a minor nerf and cry about it for years more even when everything else about them gets buffed to high heck to the point they outclass titans and warlocks while being afk -.- then warlocks just kinda in a corner with just barely functioning stuff soemtiems its a little spicy nothing big that sometimes gets buffed and sometimes nerfed without making much of a fuss because they know if they did what hunters did (cry constantly) they would be nerfed into oblivion
