Mike Your Grandfather was a great guy, I had the privilage to meet him a couple of times during visits to competitions in the USA. Are any of your family still flying? Regards Barrie Lever

I was there to see him break the world record with his K&B 15 "wart" in his "Pink Lady"!!!! I had cycled from Worksop with a friend and had to stay the night as it was too dark to return. Freaked out my mum and dad.
