Even if city allows fireworks, fireworks in a residential area is a BIG RISK. Especially with the dried trees (as visible in your video near your house) and then there are houses made of wood entirely. It’s different in India where houses are made of bricks and concrete so it’s still safer there. Here, open ground is a recommended way of doing it.
