I believe the safest for temporary place is Airbnb, you can just rent for a week or a month. Then once you arrive here, you can now check the places within Regina that is within your budget range and neighbourhood.

It depends where you live in the neighbourhood. Downtown and central areas might not be interesting to live. Other than those areas, it's peaceful.

My home city I grew up in Regina and I attended miller comprehensive high school it was a great city and great school with a good industrial arts program of I moved away in 2008 but I have family that live in Regina and I go for a visit every now and then and I always enjoy my visits especially when we get to go to wascana park 😀

Hello Sylvia! What I would do is just go to the Facebook Marketplace and set it to Regina as your location then search "Room for Rent". I hope this helps! Hello Bro! Yes I'm still in Regina and we are happy living in the city considering the cost of living and probably because I prefer this laid back scenery now after being in the crowded city in Manila for so long. That is correct, Regina has limited night life and malls do closed early. Night life here is limited to pubs and restaurants. But I don't think it's isolated. We have direct flights to all major cities and US tourist places. Since its in the middle of Canada, we can go driving west to Alberta and BC. We can go driving east to Manitoba and Ontario.

Hello Hulberk, I'm sorry that you feel that way in the city. I actually felt that too when I arrived here in 2015 as immigrated from Philippines. Especially when I came from a vibrant city of Manila where I have access to everything and we have more modern stuff there. But slowly, I appreciated the laidback setting where there are less stress in traffic, work are relax compared to the competition in the Philippines and the people are warm and patient, that's at least what I observed in the majority of the people of Regina, let say 80% of the people I have encountered with during my lifetime in Regina. Comparing to the people of the Philippines, we have more hot-headed there as life is a survival. Anyway and therefore, I wanted to share what I have appreciated in this video. To make it balance view for the viewers, no worries, I am actually planning to vlog the negative things about Regina very soon!

Hello Randi, bad weather around Regina, but within Regina, we always get spared in bad weather. I'm not sure why. Safe in general. Let say if you are coming from a developing country like me in the Philippines, you will feel really safe already in Regina.
