Indian government needs to put an exit permit requirement for people going to canada. These people take huge loans from Indian banks, study in a canadian degree mill, dont get a job because the college was sub-standard and then come back and default on the loan. The main reason of this situation is mismanagement of canadian economy. Canadian government has not done any preplanning how to govern the economy. They not focus on the potential trade sectors which loss there main opportunity of growth. For trade relations are important but they damage relations with saudi Arabia, china, russia, poland and now india. In this countries most are high growth rate economies.
