Great and objective video - thanks! Questions that I have: 1, I heard that when you are supporting an employee PR process, the $1k fee is waived - is this correct? 2, in this case (support an existing employee PR process) the Company still needs to advertise the position? 3, in this case, when the interview comes and the agent asks about who is fulfilling the roles and duties, it will be that same person already...is this a problem? Thanks in advance!

1. Yep, but then they can't use it for a WP. 2. Yes in most cases. 3. No that's fine.
