Hello Sir, I have 2 questions- Is charity the same as community services (non-profit org.) I work in community services. Are they exempt from LMIA ? What is the process if it is exempt and does it help in supporting PR and getting 50 points? I do not need a work permit but just PR support. Your response is highly appreciated.

When job is already advertised at above the median wage rate at &32 on October 2023 and till December 2023 but the median wage is increased 3$ for that NOC and now it is $34, is there any problem If i apply LMIA at $32 after December 2023?? because job has publised at $32…at that time??

You're providing wrong information; however, you've mentioned that you're an RCIC. You stated at least 3 times in your video that PR support LMIA can give 50 additional points (you even added this to the description for this video). However, this kind of LMIA could provide up to 200 points depending on the NOC-either 50 or 200. Didn't you know this? I'm really disappointed when people try to sell immigration consulting services but don't even know the basics. Advice for the people who are watching this: Always do your own research.
